AG Construct is honoured to have worked with Bruce Henderson Architects to deliver this 8 level development consisting of 37 apartments with double basement car parking. Located in one of Glen Eira’s busiest activity centres, this project skilfully retains a heritage façade with the use of temporary and permanent structural steel members. We are grateful to both the Client and ANZ Bank for trusting us with the build and we couldn’t be prouder to complete this complex project well ahead of programme and within budget.
